The 6th Club Crew Championship

I was into dragon boating 5 years ago before I went to PJ. It was exhilarating experience to race in the Teluk Bahang dam. But seriously it was also very tiring. I am looking forward to go there again end of this month.

I join Pacific West back under Coach Lawrance. Surprisingly, there were 90% new faces, all mostly teenagers. 5 years down the road, many things changed. Best friend can turn to enemy. And that reminded me Psalm 118:8 It is better to take refuge in the Lord, than to trust in man.

We were practicing in the late evening. The neon lights from the buildings from the island gave us some dim vision. Lawrance still be able to supervise us. I was on the coach motor boat to observe the stroke and move. Then, I was placed inside for some hand-on. And guess what it was not fun at all, very exhausted. My stamina does decrease tremendously.

It was beautiful to look at the island from the sea. I wanted to capture the island from that angle at that every moment!
